Our sources have obtained the following unreleased job application form for an Executive Assistant position to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
The application form was reportedly found under a stack of over-priced salamis and unsigned NDAs in the “secret back room” of the New York State Executive Mansion in Albany.
